1.) Evaluated client's financial capacity and capability prior to preparation of housing loan documents. Providing computations on the loan that will be granted to them based on their income as well explaining to them the fees and other charges that will be incurred during the process.
2.) Initiated a simple system that input the required information in all the contracts required by the funding institution.
3.) Prepared monitoring report for all accounts due for submission of loan application to funding institutions.
4.) Made necessary correspondence to clients and the funding institutions in relation to the loan processing.
