As a tax encoder my key responsibilities are as follows:
▪︎ Collect each client's relevant data from Tanaka and Company, LLC that can be used in preparing tax year's return.
▪︎ Analyze data.
▪︎ Prepare client's tax return using Axcess tax.
▪︎ Printing of tax returns, securing copy for agencies that require paper filing. Normally but not all the time copy for tax payer's federal, state, city, and working city.
▪︎ Prepare personalized emails that will be sent to each client to give them overview of the tax returns.
▪︎ Once or twice encoded clients business transactions for bookkeeping using Quickbook.
▪︎ Regularly coordinate with Tanaka and Company, LLC for other needed task to be done.

Responsibilities:
▪︎Ensure availability and utilize resources such as manpower and variable overheads.
▪︎Gather and analyze total line efficiency and performance and perform appropriate action to meet required output while maintaining standard quality of product produced. Maintain availability and efficiency of CCPs or the Critical Control Points of the line.
▪︎Propose and facilitate improvement projects based on gathered data from the line performance.
▪︎Manage projects from bidding to commissioning. Provide technical drawings and technical support as needed.
▪︎Facilitate equipment's BEC or Basic Equipment Care such as periodic cleaning, inspection, lubrication and tightening. Facilitate breakdown analysis, corrective actions and preventive maintenance.
▪︎Identify needed training of subordinates based on the demand of the line and engage team to proactively perform assigned job.
▪︎Ensure line compliance to safety and health regulation.
▪︎Provision of written reports.

Energy Modeler

Energy modeler is responsible to come up with an energy saving design with the use of a software and applying mechanical engineering design. Design should be qualified to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirements.
Our team is expected to do the following:
▪︎ Design according to the project's LEED Certification target;
▪︎ Prepare necessary documents for the LEED certification;
▪︎ Coordinate to client about the project's status.
▪︎ Perform site inspection; and
▪︎ Coordinate to other department if necessary.

This project aims to provide client of needed information about the given Japanese company such as company's reference brand, regional brand, specific region brand and keyword. Brands should be written to original language as it is, normally in Japanese. I am assigned to do a "more granular" research approach.
The following are the steps I do for this project:
▪︎ First, I make sure that I am looking to the right company by checking the given ticker.
▪︎ Understand the nature of the company by visiting reliable sites such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
▪︎ Collect reference brands, regional brands and specific regional brands using company's official site, Wikipedia and Bloomberg.
▪︎ Use of other sites in collecting information such us Yahoo Finance, Google Finance, SEC regulatory filings and other relevant news.
In assigning keywords, I consider the following conditions to come up with the most relevant keyword.
1. Company being searched should belong to top three (3) search result excluding, ads, social media, recruitment site and reviews.
2. Adding of relevant and non technical qualifiers.
3. I follow the "the shorter the better" rule.
