Hi,
iQor is one of the BPOs I've worked with for over 6yrs. My role is supervise my team who in charge of assisting customers that may have questions regarding their Sprint account. Sprint is one of the largest telecommunications company in the US.
On this job, I've learned how to deal with irate customers and build relation with them to further strengthen our business relationship. I also learn how to manage people and helped them in unleashing their full potentials.
With iQor I also learn how to manage payroll, excel reports and many more admin task.
