Responsible in identifying, sourcing, and presentation of strategic locations.
• Conducts market study of the potential location, do and analyze the financial model.
• Responsible of communicating and negotiating with leasing team, lessors, and landlords of the potential locations.
• Assist and coordinates with other internal department like the legal department in preparing the Sub-Franchise agreement
and the Credit and collection for the collection of fees of the Franchisee.
• Acquiring leads of new investors for Cafe Amazon and assist in the feasibility study for potential sites inside PTT Gas
Station and Outside Gas station of investors
• Improving customer relationship management with investors of Cafe Amazon in assisting store operations concerns.
• Creates local store marketing of Cafe Amazon stores thru promotions and partnership to increase sales of stores,
responsible in the implementation of approved sales and marketing strategies and maintaining the overall performance
of existing Cafe Amazon stores.
• Responsible for the monthly store audit to achieve the standards of Cafe Amazon in serving the best quality coffee
experience to different customers.
• Handles the Barista Training course of new staff and store set-up of new upcoming stores
• Handles Social Media of Café Amazon by answering Franchise inquiries, product knowledge and store complaints.
• Opened 10 branches in South Luzon and Metro Manila and handles 13 branches in total.
• Familiar with SAP Business application with minimal exposure to Purchase Requisition creation.
