2. Involve in the planning and coordination, production process of the System Building Section.
3. Oversee the production process, ensuring the production is cost effective, decide what resources are required.
4. Ensuring that the health and safety regulations are met.
5. Draft timescale for the job; estimate cost and set the quality standards; monitors the production process and adjust schedules as needed.
6. Responsible for the selection and maintenance of the machine use in the office
7. Monitor product standards and implement quality-control program; work with the leaders, managers to implement the company’s policies and goals; supervise and motivate a team workers; review worker performance; identify training needs
8. Train newly hired members of the team
9. Attend monthly manager’s meeting as Section Representative, report the operation, productivity. Problems encountered and suggest possible solutions.
10. Coordinate with the Japanese client for the execution of the instructions and relay it to the Filipino members
