Roles and Responsibilities:
• Attend calls with UK clients to discuss and analyze employee issues about claim/ILC (a tool used for costs recovery)
• Initiate process improvement on some of the existing reports to provide UK client more focus on important data.
• Back up support for the IOM (Integrated Management Team Operations Meeting) pack preparation for monthly meetings. Deals with collection and summarization of business information into a presentation deck and submission to Business Operations Manager for initial review of Operations Lead and the UK Integrated Vice President
• Provide and monitor transition of team's processes to new member/s of the team
• Prepare DTP (Desktop Procedures) for new processes and update existing ones
