As a Senior Quality Evaluator, I was tasked to evaluate (listening and scoring) call transactions of agents to check if they follow the clients quality guidelines. I also used to analyze, interpret data and create reports based on these data to ensure that specific trends and behaviors are addressed.

I pursued writing during my college years. I joined our Language Department's Essay Writing Contest during our 2014 University Week.
San Bartolome High School

I was part of our Campus Journalism Class during my last two years in High School.
In my Junior year I was the Feature Editor of our School Paper and joined and won several writing contests from District to Regional level. In my Senior year, I became the Editor in Chief of our School Paper and won many writing contests, too. In 2008 I represented our City in our National Level Campus Journalism Contest. I won 2nd Place in Editorial Writing, beating some of the best campus writers from all 17 regions of the country.
