I decided to apply to a local company to gain more experience in running a business than being an employee in one department in a large company. The company is under the food, restaurants and cafe industry. I handled four brands under the company, rebranded them. I handled the sales and marketing for the four brands and as well as started being involved in the product development and operations of the stores.

Executive Assistant to the Owner

2018/01～ 2020/03

After six months, the owner promoted me to become her Executive Assistant and help her manage the company. I got involved in the business development of the company, the hiring, and training of our staff, oversee daily operations, plan admin systems and processes and troubleshoot problems that may arise in the company. I also got involved in the branding and planning the interior design of the new co-working space venture of the company.
