• Trains, supervises, monitors and evaluates the performance of Assistant Supervisor and Jr. Customer Care Officers (JCCOs) of Sales and Business Development Group as well as the Orientation Specialists who conduct product orientation to enrolled members
• Ensures that company policies and procedures are strictly implemented and all administrative requirements of Sales and Business Development are met
• Extends assistance to Membership Consultants/ Corporate Accounts Managers and Sales Directors during renewal negotiation
