I ensured that service is consistently delivered or exceeds agreed Service
Level Targets or SLA. I make sure that the correct service model is utilized
to support our customers driving effectiveness and efficiency.
I was responsible for the successful delivery of support services to
customers located in hotels, reservation center, service centers and
corporate offices in the region working alongside the Global and
Regional Customer Services organizations to ensure that all new,
modified and changed IT services are transitioned successfully into the
Global Support Desk.
I act as a liaison between Global Technology end users and service
owners executing defined technical solutions for reported issues. I
extract document support issues and resolutions using effective verbal
and written communications.

As a Reservation Sales Specialist, I assisted guest’s in booking reservations and answering question. Being
assertive in determining the guests’ needs and wants to ensure a great Customer Service experience. I was a sales expert in providing travel advice and reservations solutions. I was empowered to make creative decisions using tools and market insight that will deliver on the unique travel needs of our guests, to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
