I have 8 years of experience in contact center industry and I have handled various department such as customer service, technical support and sales as a supervisor. Some of the highlights of my success in this field includes:
1. Developed total of 15 customer service agents to first entry level positions such as subject matter experts, trainers, quality specialist and supervisors in the last 4 years
