Works with MS Word, Excel and Outlook,communicates with clients directly and regularly through email,collates information and files from a number of sources to be entered and uploaded into client database and CRM, updates client database and CRM based on instructions provided by the client or new information/documents received, reviews system generated invoices and ensures that hours, names and rates are accurate.
