Monitoring and Evaluation officer

2019/03～

Currently Mercy Corps Mongolia is implementing Disaster Risk Reduction and Livestock Market Systems Development Programs in Mongolia. As a Monitoring and Evaluation officer, my main duties are
- Maintain results measurement data for decision-making related to specific interventions, strategies, and the direction of the overall the portfolio,
- Prepare a periodic summary of the status of all results of program activities against work plan for the senior management team,
- Compile, review, clean and verify quantitative data the monthly basis and ensure data is shared with program team and field staff on time
- Assist in designing required survey tools/ methodologies and ensure the findings are generated, shared, and used by relevant staff staff at appropriate points,
- Support program team and field staff in managing and collecting follow up intervention level quantitative and qualitative data for case studies and intervention reports
- Contribute to development of ME plans for programs and proposals
- Develop a system for reporting and validating program data,
- Work closely with the program teams and local partners to ensure effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting of program activities and results,
- Contribute to reporting efforts, including ensuring reporting quality and accuracy, and periodic writing, editing and submission and
- Manage country programs IT platforms

Good Neighbors Mongolia has been implementing Community Development Programs since 2006 in Mongolia prioritizing Child rights, Health, Education, Livelihood and Water Sanitation issues. As a Program Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, my main duties were
- Maintain Project design, monitoring and evaluation framework,
- Strengthen organizational Result based management and Project
Cycle management,
- Develop and maintain all kinds of ME tools,
- Conduct Assessment and necessary Survey for various sectors (Developing study design, data collection tools and questionnaire, Enumerator training, Data collecting, Data analyzing, Reporting and Disseminating),
- Conduct Project regular Monitoring, and Mid and long-term Evaluation in all Grants and Community development projects
- Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the International Head Quarter and Stakeholders,
- Organize ME capacity building training for Project staff
- Prepare and maintain Project data base

Innovation for Poverty Action conducted Impact Evaluation Study of Technical Vocational and Education Project which is implemented by Millennium Challenge Account of Mongolia. As a Data Quality Monitoring Officer, my main duties were
- Ensure the consistent and accurate quality assurance process for data collection activity
- Monitor Contracted company Enumerators operation
- Develop Survey Progress report and Weekly DQM report to Program officer
- Manage study database

Under the direction of NSO of Mongolia, every district department of Ulaanbaatar city collects market price information of regular products in a weekly basis to disseminate public. I have been working for Bayangol district office about 1 year, collected information from various source, visited shops to update price information.
