Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

 Lead and support projects that have high impact on business results
 Directly support MBB's culture change activities – communicate Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools
 Teach, mentor and coach Green Belts (GBs) to optimize team functions for Lean Six Sigma teams operating in our organization
 Support Process Owners and Champions in their hopper processes
 Monitor appropriate metrics to validate that project results are achieved and track improvements
 Responsible in conducting all Lean Six Sigma activities within the center- GB training, Lotus Blossom, VSM
 In-charge of ensuring that productivity target is met within the year
