Responsible for the design, creation, testing and documenting of new and amended programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards. The provision of application maintenance and support services, either directly to users of the applications or to the service delivery functions.

- Design systems or applications based on client requirements.
- Develop programs based on design and requirements specifications.
- Create test specifications and execute testing.
- Conduct review of technical work outputs.
- Bug fixing, enhancements handling through change request.
- Perform any other related task assigned by the direct Supervisor or Manager.
- Lead or mentor junior developers.
- Lead in team's operational task (initiatives).
- Execute mutually agreed plans for the benefit of the customer.
- Leads 5 or more people.
