This responsibility helped me develop people skills and prepared me to become successful in leading my own team of employees.

I also served as role model for customer service and welfare—showing qualities like self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity, organization, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence—which are important in building successful relationship between customers and employees.

I was required to be adept or excellent in communication skills, basic organization, multi-tasking, and analytical skills—including the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
