Tsuneishi Technical Services Philippines Inc. (TTSP) located in the facility of Tsuneishi Heavy Industries (T.H.I) West Cebu Industrial Park (WCIP) Buanoy, Balamban, Cebu, Philippines. It is a Japanese-owned firm, engaged in Ship Design which started way back April of 1992. TTSP provides detailed ship’s drawings and plans to its sister company, Tsuneishi Heavy Industries (THI) and its mother company, Tsuneishi Shipbuilding in Japan. It is certified by Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (Class NK) for ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Position:
Design Engineer
Working Plan Team - Hull Production Design Group

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Working Plan based on drawing information from Yard plan and Key Plan with the use of AutoCAD software.
• Responsible of Hull Production Design works by preparing CAD drawings on the proper naming of hull pieces with regards to its assembly process.
• Prepare Material Take Off (MTO) of Steps, Ladder, Grips and other outfitting materials according to drawing standard.
• Provides welding and beveling details on steel plates.
• Provides Hull Piece name or tag names on hull structures pieces including steps, ladders, grips, stanchions, and other outfits materials.
• Analyzes stage names for proper assembly process conforming to Ship Design Standards.
• Coordinate with site in-charge with regards to basic or complex drawing queries.
• Provides shared services in production drawings for Japan.
• Preparation of technical reports and repair plan drawings for factory use.
• Conducts Quality Patrol/Field inspection to check if actual output coincides with Working Plan Design.
• Conducts technical discussion to field workers regarding working plan drawings.

Position: General Design Drafter (Surveying Department)
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- AutoCAD Drafting & Detailing
- Cad conversion on both Architectural and Structural drawings
- Take off material quantities and counter check on own measurements.
- Making sure that information and details manage as efficiently as possible.
- Ensuring that all material used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Check drawing plans and works for the accuracy of calculations.
- Good in Excel spreadsheet for taking off material quantities.
- Efficient and a good team worker.
