I'm a Technical support representative at the same time sales as well. We hand cable, phone and internet support. It's a cable provider in the US called Time Warner Cable but now it's called Spectrum since charter and time warner cable merge. I stayed in the company for more than 2 years.

I was a technical support representative for almost 3 years and we support ebooks, emagazines and enewspapers. The name of the company that we support is Barnes and Noble. After that I was transferred to a different account and there I support cable, phone and internet service.
