Way back 2015 I worked as Telemarketer for Business Magazines and RestaurantDotCom at Arriba Telecontact, We call individual professionals to offer a free subscription for a magazine that is related to their field and we also call individual business owners to offer exposure in exchange for a discounted coupon.

I have also worked as a Technical Support Representative for Linksys at Synnex Concentrix, wherein we provide customer assistance and help them troubleshoot their devices. We also offer new devices that would help them have a good network and secure internet connection.

I worked as a Customer Service Representative for T-Mobile at Teleperformance, wherein we provide first-rate customer experience and assistance in regards to their accounts, devices, and services. We do also offer special promotions and upgrades on their devices that would help our customers enjoy their services more. We make sure that we build a good relationship with our customers and make sure that they are satisfied with our service.

Recently, I worked as a Product Consultant for Inventors Trust. We work with inventors and small businesses from all over to get a better understanding of their invention idea and offer our service on developing a mobile app or product. We also work in phases that allow us to customize service based on our client's budget.
