Profile Summary:

Carlisa has 8+ years IT experience, working as a Senior QA Engineer/ Project QA Specialist/ Business Analyst/ Quality Assurance Analyst and Software Developer with full system development lifecycle experience.

Carlisa previously worked as a Senior QA Engineer in a Website and Mobile Software Developer Company that follows an AGILE type of development. She creates test automation scripts based on stories estimated by the team.

Carlisa also worked as a QA Lead in one of the world’s largest consumer products company. She monitors and ensures that the project she handles is on track and meeting all standards set by the client.

Carlisa has worked as a Business Analyst/QA lead in one of the top mobile application developers in the Philippines. She was mainly involved in Gap Analysis, Functional Requirements creation, Test case creation and System tests, as well as scheduling of project tests.

Carlisa has also worked on Peoplesoft application enhancement for HR and Finance. She has experience on Peoplesoft programming using Peopletools, Peoplecode and SQR as well as Business Object Data Integrator (BODI) projects.

Carlisa is highly motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires teamwork and cross-functional coordination. She has the ability to learn quickly new aspects on project management as well as for other fields required in her work.
