Project: Special Area for Agricultural Development
•Assists the Senior Management Specialist in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation activities of the SAAD program
• Coordinates and performs SAAD activities with Government Agencies, LGUs, and other stakeholders to include but not limited to needs analysis, project identification, proposal preparation, project implementation and monitoring, impact documentation;
• Prepares Logical Framework and Multi-Year Plan and execute plan according to approved national budget on financial and physical targets and deliverables;
•Develops modules for organizational and capability building training, project management, community-based financial management.
•Conducts social preparations, municipal wide consultations, capability building, and community/organizational development of beneficiaries and partner-associations;
•Facilitates delivery of inputs, geotagging, prepares documents for payments and liquidations.
•Provides assistance or guidance to PA IV and PDO I in the conduct of SAAD activities.
