CUSTOM PROJECTS MANAGER
2018/01~
Handles custom product enquiries, orders, and complaints.
Responsible for actioning and monitoring all stages of the custom product creation process.
Receive and process reorder of existing custom items.
Monitor, create and send stock hold report to custom product customers.
Direct point of contact to suppliers.
Submits Artwork and request Artwork Proofs and Hard Proofs from Suppliers
Obtains Client approvals and submits Signed Artwork Proofs to BioPak Procurement ready to order.
Drafts new Standard or Evergreen Contracts and getting Customer approval.
Ensure all custom projects workflow status are up to date, items are correctly linked, and projects are closed or completed as required.
Sends follow up on approval/signed documents to all customers with ongoing custom projects.
Ensure all documents – design presentations, artwork proofs, contracts and POs are loaded into NetSuite, linked to respective custom projects.
Populates custom item data into the system so it’s ready to go live.
Works with the Procurement Team ensuring all custom products are ordered and delivered on time.
Communicate project issues and/or delays to customers.
