* Provides answers to customers by identifying the problems.
* Guiding customers through corrective steps to install anti-virus software.
* Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
* Follow the correct way in troubleshooting internet connection problems.
* Accepting payment that is under the scope of support.
* Scheduling technicians visit when it is needed.
* Assisting customers with their email account problems that is part of the service.
* Follow standard process and procedure when it comes to providing customers information.
* Follow up and make schedule call backs to customer where necessary.
* Transfer the customers call to the right department when the issue are not on scope of support so they can handle and solve the problem properly.
* Research requires information using available resources.
