Job Description
§ Arranges formative plans with the client, handles the booking of the event and arranges the
logistics of creating
§ Creating an agreement and budget with the client
§ Communicating any problems that arise in an upfront manner with the client
§ Arranges manpower who will be assign; communicate with them during planning until the main
event
§ Coordinate events, meetings, assembling, and organizing requirements; establishing contacts;
developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success
§ Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing team as needed
§ Maintain email lists for internal and external communications
§ Provide support in social media monitoring process as needed
§ Look for prospect clients
