Quality Review - Pulling out the item which is on hierarchy in the transactions, compare all required fields and making sure it is processed 100% correct with the help of the advanced technology tools provided by the company and onshore.

Special Project Handler – Handling special project given by onshore like Residential Address which you will update MMs address right after it was enrolled, BEQ which you will try all the possible ways to find MM Health Insurance Claim Number, Pend Process in which you will inform them about the change he/she made with his Insurance Plan.
