o Overall manage the master plan; estimate and allocate budget for event
o Conceptualize and develope creative event theme, work with designer to visualize
ideas including stage, product display, photo booth
o Write proposal and pitching for event bidding
o Cooperate with in-house implementation team and production team
o Manage operational and administrative tasks (report, contract, payment)
o Directly work with vendors and suppliers
o Experience in roles such as event consultant, stage manager, event planner
