since its only contractual I joined Manga Rock and I supported started as Email,/chat, and social support.
I would like to inform you that I have extensive knowledge when it comes to Zen desk, I used this from again, another client who uses this kind of platform to answer tickets.
(Using Zendesk is just a basic tool for me since that was one of my partner in most of my previous work)
