Order Screening Support Specialist

Worked for Backoffice job as an Order Screening Support Specialist. We review orders of customers from big merchants in the United States and determine if it is fraud or not. We used different which includes, Google, FB, LinkedIn, etc. We review more than 100 orders per day and make sure to hit the merchant's SLA (Service-Level Agreement).
