• Preparation of Bill of Lading Drafts referring to the Invoices
• Calculating the weights of shipping goods in per container
• Handling Bill of Ladings, important shipping documents.
• Forwarding Original BL, shipping bills, Insurance certificates to the banking department. .
• Preparing Insurance certificates and health certificates.
• Be in contact with the clients (consignee) and Co-ordinate with other shipping companies employees through calls and E-mails.
