IBM was undertaking the HRMS (Human Resource Management Solutions) project on an SAP platform. IBM India was playing a very crucial role in this key project. Out of a total of about 325 resources were working worldwide, 150 were working from India.
The functionality includes PA, Payroll, Time Management, and Employee Self Service on SAP ECC 6.0. The first wave for 18 Central European Countries in targeted to go live by March 2008. The India implementation was also gone live on 31-Mar-2008. This was planned to be followed by greater China Grouping, Latin America, and all other countries to be completed by 2011.

• Development and Testing.
• Preparation of Unit Test Document
• Extensive debugging of custom programs and troubleshooting.
• Liaising with onsite coordinators for query resolution
• User Interaction.
