Medical Coordination Department
- Patient relationship management.
- Coordinating patient’s follow up and medical inquiries.
- Responsible for verbal consecutive interpretation (Bahasa Indonesia > English)
- Handling patient’s complain and do social visit for patients from Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and English speaking patients.
Expat Marketing Department (2014 – 2017)
Work under the Senior Manager of Expat Marketing to do written translation of various marketing materials including website, infographics, and medical articles, monthly newsletter, and promotional videos.
