Responsible for recording financial transaction of the foundation. This includes preparation of vouchers, payment processing, clerical function for encoding of transaction to accounting software, reportorial function on preparation of financial reports and subsidiary schedules, and book maintenance for ensuring the accuracy of data. Acts as software administrator. Consolidates project financial report, mostly foreign-assisted projects, for final submission to accountant.
