Completes inventory receiving, counting, returning, and running tasks, in compliance with
Retail Inventory processes.
Communicate proactively and coach Operations Specialists on assigned inventory tasks.
In partnership with the Operations Lead, promote understanding and awareness of inventory
performance among all store employees.
Supports the Operations Lead to gather and summarize inventory data to support leadership
decision making.
Monitor all inventory, including nonsellable, in the inventory management system to ensure
accuracy and consistency, and to identify variance trends and understand their root cause.
Partner with Technology & Merchandising Pro to ensure demo inventory is accurately updated
in inventory management systems.
Identify, report, and monitor transit reports and escalate to the appropriate partners.
Conduct regular audits of in-store count process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Use communication and training resources to keep up to date with inventory process changes.
