- facilitating customer engagements with colleagues from the Europe and Africa, Middle East, and Pakistan regions
- being the Subject Matter Expert for Europe and Africa, Middle East, and Pakistan populations
- being the Diversity Coordinator and representative of the Global Human Resources Information Systems (GHRIS) to the Diversity Committee of the HR Shared Services. Duties and responsibilities include promoting an inclusive work environment, actively embracing the diversity of people, ideas, talents, and experiences, and encouraging employee involvement in the workplace.

Responsibilities include conducting diagnostic teaching after a formal reading assessment has been reported, preparing session plans for each student, providing direct instruction to determine the most effective instructional strategies and materials, documenting instruction, providing feedback to the student's parent/s or caregiver, preparing a progress report for each student who has attended thirty (30) intervention sessions, as well as consulting and collaborating with the Center Director, Case Manager, and other professionals concerned.
