-Senior Claim Analyst - Review and finalize complex medical bills
billed and submitted by hospitals and other medical facilities for
payment as well as resolution for denials.
-Quality Assurance Analyst -
Finalized medical claim forms are part of my deliverables. Review if a
claim was correctly paid and denied by front line processors as well as
to find errors in processing. When errors are found, I return it
back to the processor for adjustments.
-Technical Coach -
I attend to queries of my teammates about medical bills processing.
Cascades new updates in claims processing. I also review errors sent by
onshore audit team and send back a rebuttal when necessary
