 Responsible for monitoring the quality of documents processed by the customer service representatives to meet the needs of the clients
 Generates reports of consolidated tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
 Performs quality calibration amongst our peers to make sure that updates are properly discussed among the team to have a common understanding of each.
