The main duties as Branch Manager in Capco PTE LTD (Yangon Branch) is to supply the spare part to the Myanmar partner companies in a prompt and accurate manner.

Job Description

Address Local partner companies and end-user satisfaction issues promptly.

Share Knowledge with other branches ( capco Branches) and headquarters ( Central Japan) on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.

Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and presentation.

Update product information and provide excellence customer service to all the partner companies.

Developing relationship with Local Partner companies and Manufacture side.

Keeping detailed computerized records and reporting all of the Yangon branch office.

Building and maintaining strategic ties the customers as well as networking and existing and new customers in order to establish long-term, trustworthy relationships.

Update reporting the changes of policies especially relative Automotive business.

Providing market update information to Manufacture.

Organized Branding activities and small workshop activities with end-users and customers by Manufacture requested.

Market survey activities for the data to develop new business.
