• Initiation and selection of ecommerce platform. Working with VP Ecommerce to successfully deliver ecommerce projects.
• Defining and sequencing project tasks, develop schedules and work with internal and external stakeholders to set and track cross-organizational project dependencies.
• Collaborating with Operations directors to scope and prioritize ecommerce roadmap.
• Partnering with web developer to define and track granular build tasks.
• Collaborating with the QA team to define testing cycles and manage bug lists.
• Conducting daily status meetings with team to assign build tasks, review progress and identify blocks and risks.
• Conducting weekly status meetings.
• Report to Management on project budget and forecasts.
