> Project lead consultant for Singapore & Japan business development/ marketing clients in areas as german machinery, financial and cloud software, distribution, automotive services, franchises and retail projects. Germany inbound representation. Direct sales activities for client companies. Customer relations and assessments of solution requirements and demand. Market intelligence and research projects for and German government tenders.
> Establishment of PlusConcept | SPACE™ brand - unique professional service and office network. Lean operation set-up, marketing, client relations, organisational set-up, management, government grants, investor management. Marketing of services and spaces via networks and industry partnerships. 
> Set-up and growth Digital Mail / Virtual Office Platform to manage postal mail and documents digitally. Development of platform concept according to client needs and efficient operational management. Promotion, improvement and funding of service.
> Establishment of Singapore corporate entity and lean business processes, acquiring clients, managing of finances, budgets and investments.
