Job Description

Sales and Documentation Officer performs end to end processing of documents from initial screening up to completion of documents while ensuring strict evaluation and checking of borrower’s documents to secure loan approval. Also responsible in all sorts of company documents such as work procedure, safekeeping of customer files and folders, preparation of legal documents such as Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sales etc.., also in charge with other necessary documents such as inactive accounts, and preparing, filing and monitoring of documents needed in transfer of titles.
