Safety Coordinator / Lead Document Controller

SAFETY COORDINATOR

As a safety Coordinator I’m assisting the Project Director, Project Manager, Engineering Manager & Construction Manager, worked with team of multi-discipline engineers, site managers to ensure the safety at site and to have zero incident and accident.

LEAD DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

As a Document controller I’m working with planners, buyers & expeditors providing documentation & control management & administration support on Head Design Office as well as site office.
Responsible for proper upkeep of all documents internal and external correspondences of the project with departments, clients and the vendors including all technical, non- technical, vendor, construction and preparation of final project dossiers. Archive on both paper and electronic copies of formal transmittal sent to or received from clients and vendors. Coordinate in other team in Netherlands (head office), uploading documents to Server Cloud matrix server, also uploading document in Conject (EDMS system) and Newforma server for New York project.
