• Performed valuation of the OEM by comparing EV multiples of similar acquisition deals in the past and analysing market trends
• Recommended an EV multiple ~40% lower by factoring the lack of R&D involvement, niche portfolio and decline of industry growth

• Estimated the market size by analysis of automation application trends in selected industries obtained through secondary research
