Gallant Capital Markets, founded in 2008, is a global leader in online trading, specializing in Forex trading for both private and institutional clientele.

As an Account Approval Specialist my key responsibilities there includes but not limited to:

Creating and managing spreadsheets through listing down the most important details of the client such as the code ID, First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Citizenship, Date of Birth, Address and Email Address in each document submitted. This is to ensure that the details in the IDs and the documents provided are similar to the account the client opened. Organizing and managing a spreadsheet helps me identify errors in the most efficient and effective way. Extracting data from various forms of documentation and/or financial instruments; verify the information accurately by matching information to the system's database.

Entering information into electronic formats accurately by using World-Check database of Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs). The database help to identify and manage risk individuals and organizations financial, regulatory and reputational risk. World-Check’s intelligence was used by banks and financial institutions as a comprehensive solution for assessing, managing and remediating risk. Screening the client's passport is essential before sending the application to compliance because this helps to check the passport's authenticity.

Communicate to Ms. Sophia, a certified Chinese translator to English, and request for a translation for the Chinese documents and IDs.

Entering personal information on new clients into the computerized database called Truth Technologies' Sentinel to provide fast, accurate identity verification. This also helps identify the organization's operation, reputation, and compliance risk quickly. Through the given documents and IDs the client sent us I could configure the client's profile if it's acceptable so he can pursue his application.

Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to address the
opportunities found during the thorough analyzation and scrutinization of the client's
documents and IDs.
