I've worked for two accounts, the first one was for Amazon as an Email Support, the second account was for DoorDash as an Email and Chat Support, and sometimes I'm doing an Outbound Calls. My main focus as a Customer Service Representative is to deal with the customer's concerns and complaints and to resolve it. Also, to provide satisfaction to their needs and wants.
