· Prepare medical equipment orders for scheduling, dispatch or returns.
· Make outbound calls to customers to inform them about their durable medical equipment order.
· Provide customers with resolutions to their problems with regard to the medical equipment received
· Provide information about their orders billing and estimated date of delivery
· Send follow-up emails to customers if necessary
