General:
1. Handles inventory of Robinsons Ministop Stores located in Metro Manila and nearby areas in north and south Luzon
Specific :
1. Compiles and maintains records of quantity, type and volume of merchandise or supplies stocked in the store
2. Counts volume and quantity of stocks of merchandise or supplies and posts totals to inventory records, manually or with the use of computer
3. Compares inventories to office records on computer figures from records such as sales orders, purchase invoices-+ to obtain current inventory
4. Verifies clerical computation against physical count of stocks and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reason for discrepancies to direct supervisor or department head
5. Prepares reports such as inventory balance, price lists and shortages
6. Prepares list of depleted items and recommends survey of defective or none useable items
7. Operates machines such as scanner, calculator, computer for various activities
