• Answer and reply to phone calls and emails.
• Explain the holiday programs including hotel and resort choices, prices, deals and benefits.
• Follow up all clients who are going to stay in the company’s resorts worldwide to make sure they are coming by asking for their flight details. If there is a change then it should be recorded then provide information to the Telemarketing and Reservation for immediate adjustment.
• Fill in Daily Report and Weekly Department Pre Arrival based on the phone conversation with client.
• Provide all information obtained from the conversation with clients to smoothen the communication with other departments.
• Handle complaints and compliments.
• Handle transfer accommodation for clients.
• Deal with balance payments.
• Uphold the spirit of Service Excellence to maintain client satisfaction
