Grant Manager/ Public Health Officer

 Coordinate, followup, monitor and support the timely implementation and reporting of activities in accordance with the grant agreement by Directorates, Agencies and Regions especially the World Bank Ethiopia Health Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Program and other grants (CIFF-DEWARMING, CIFF-SURE, CIFF-PERINATAL, GASHERO , END FUND and Imerial College grants).
 Prepare and submit aligned program/financial report to donor agencies
 Prepare Grant Performance Report(GPR) for each grants and submit it for Ministr, State ministers and directors at the ministry
 Participate in proposal development and planning
 As a World Bank focal at MOH, manage the Bank’s client connection financial transaction system and Systematic tracking of exchanges in procurement (STEP) for P123531: Ethiopia Health SDG Support Operation account of Ministry of Health.
 Handle internal and external communications related to the grant
 Conduct regular supportive supervision to Regions and Agencies
 Follow-up the timely audit of the grant and communicate the audit report to stakeholders.
