Loyalty and Retention Customer Services III

I started from chat support for customer services level one for 2 years. I support customers who have inquiries regarding the product, general information, activation, minor billing concern, payments and basic troubleshooting of the products. Then I move to voice support and was trained for 3 months as a Voice support customer representative II. It has same scope but only done by taking calls from client. After 3 months, I was promoted to Loyalty and Retention - customer services III which handle major concerns. We handle irate client who wish to cancel and terminate their contract with us. We will be the bridge that will fix the client issues and gain their trust back, keeping them as a customer. We serve is front liners for manager escalation.

I work as a manager after graduation to a fast food restaurant which oversees the operation of the store. I was trained to do production stuff, like managing purchases, marketing ads and also predicts daily foods that needs to be cook. I was partly train for compensation and benefits. I was trained and was advise to focus on developing my team performance and assess them to be promoted.

I worked as an catering and event coordinator that manages the planning for events. I took care of the staff, the equipment needed, food and decorations. I coordinate with the vendors to make sure that my client will only need me to get this done and I will delegate each task to my staff.
