Heads, supervises and develop a workforce of 150 employees
 Coordinated between workers and Manager
 See to the day to day running of the resort and also other tourism related issues.
 Planning of itinerary for the resort and also see to the packages given to the customers in terms of room rate and tour wise  Attends to issues associated with ICT
 Have Introduced structures which monitors and ensures discipline of staff
 Have suggested measures and ideologies
 Have restructured staffs work schedule
 Implemented structures to bring about quality control
 Provided advisory services on training management and the management of technical services providers
 I built a new network for the resort and also conducted some training for the staff and some of the management team too.
